Every monthly subscriber and on-demand customer is backed by our dedicated Area Supervisor model. Unlike unmanaged classifieds, CitySol provides:

1. Service Scope & Eligibility
CitySol offers domestic chore assistance, daily house help, cooking assistance, and cleaning services in designated operational zones in Pune. Customers must ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all domestic workers.
2. Instant 1-Day Chores
On-demand chores start at an introductory rate of ₹9* for the first half-hour order, with standard rates at ₹40 per half-hour (₹80 per hour). Response time target is 30 minutes subject to weather, local traffic, and helper proximity.
3. Monthly Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance for 30 calendar days. Subscribers receive a designated morning or evening time slot. In the event of regular maid absence, CitySol commits to dispatching an alternate trained helper during the requested window.
4. Safety & Conduct
We enforce strict anti-harassment and worker-welfare standards. Both helpers and customers agree to treat each other with dignity. For any concerns or security disputes, please notify our supervisor immediately at +91 9699739669.
5. Modifications
CitySol reserves the right to revise service terms, pricing policies, and service areas. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of revised terms.
