How does the 30-minute instant maid dispatch work?
When you book an 'Instant 1-Day Chore' (such as dishes, mopping, or dusting), our local area supervisor in your Pune locality receives the request and immediately dispatches the closest active, verified domestic helper to your doorstep within ~30 minutes.
What are the rates for 1-day instant chores?
We offer an introductory trial rate of ₹9* for the first half-hour order. Standard transparent rates are ₹40 per half-hour (₹80 per hour). You pay securely via UPI or cash only after the work is inspected.
What happens if my monthly maid takes leave?
Under the CitySol Supervisor Guarantee, if your dedicated daily maid is sick or on leave, our area supervisor automatically dispatches an alternate trained substitute helper during your designated time window at no extra cost.
Are CitySol helpers background verified?
Yes, 100%. Every helper undergoes physical biometric Aadhaar verification, local residence check, and police background clearance before onboarding.

How can I pause or cancel my monthly subscription?
You can pause your subscription for up to 10 days if you are traveling out of Pune. Simply notify your area supervisor on WhatsApp at +91 9699739669 at least 24 hours in advance.
